These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tenanting platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Tenanting, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Tenanting

Tenanting is a digital tenant management platform that enables property owners and tenants to complete rental onboarding, verification, approvals, and compliance workflows in a structured, transparent manner.

Tenanting does not act as a broker, agent, guarantor, or party to any rental agreement between owners and tenants.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Platform.

3. User Roles

  • Property Owners – Individuals or entities listing properties and inviting tenants.
  • Tenants – Individuals completing onboarding, verification, and related processes.

4. Platform Services

Tenanting provides tools for:

  • Tenant onboarding and data collection
  • Document submission and verification workflows
  • Status tracking and approvals
  • Audit-ready record keeping

Tenanting does not independently verify the authenticity of user-submitted information unless explicitly stated.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not misuse, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the Platform

6. Data & Privacy

Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. Data is collected on a purpose-specific, consent-driven basis and stored securely.

7. Compliance & Verification

Property owners are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of tenant data complies with applicable laws, including police verification and local regulatory requirements.

Tenanting provides tools to assist compliance but does not replace legal obligations.

8. Fees & Payments

Certain features of the Platform may be offered on a paid basis. Pricing and payment terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Tenanting are the intellectual property of Tenanting or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenanting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including disputes between owners and tenants.

11. Suspension & Termination

Tenanting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services. Tenanting is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

Tenanting may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
