1. Subscription-Based Services
Tenanting offers certain features on a paid subscription basis. Subscription details, pricing, and feature inclusions are clearly displayed before purchase.
2. Free Trials (If Applicable)
If a free trial is offered, users may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges.
3. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect subscription charged despite cancellation
- Service unavailability caused solely by Tenanting for a prolonged period
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Change of mind after subscription activation
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Failure to use the Platform after purchase
- Account suspension due to policy violations
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel subscriptions through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not terminate access for the current billing cycle.
6. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction by contacting billing@tenanting.in.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to banking timelines.
7. Payment Gateways
Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Tenanting is not responsible for delays caused by banking or gateway providers.

Tenanting reserves the right to update this Policy. Changes will be published on this page.
