1. Pricing & Taxes
Prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added in accordance with Indian law.
2. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.
3. Failed Payments
In case of failed or reversed payments, access to paid features may be restricted until payment is resolved.
4. Invoices & Receipts
Digital invoices or receipts may be made available through the Platform or via email.
5. Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised within a reasonable period by contacting billing@tenanting.in.
